At Instant Hair & Beauty Supplies, we offer reliable and flexible shipping options across Australia. This policy outlines the shipping rates and terms for both retail and trade customers, including special handling for heavy items and dangerous goods.

📦 Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

💲 Shipping Costs

Retail Customers

  • Standard Shipping NSW,ACT & VIC: $18.95 AUD
  • Standard Shipping QLD,TAS,NT,WA & SA: $24.95 AUD
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100 AUD

Trade Customers

Flat-rate shipping based on destination:

  • NSW, VIC & ACT: $18.95 AUD
  • QLD, TAS, NT, WA & SA: $24.95 AUD

Trade customers are not eligible for free shipping promotions unless specifically stated.

⚖️ Heavy Items & Dangerous Goods

Some heavy items or dangerous goods (such as aerosols, flammable liquids, or items over 6kg) have special shipping charges based on weight. These are calculated at checkout:

  • Up to 6kg: $25
  • 7kg – 10kg: $45
  • 11kg – 45kg: $65
  • 46kg and over: $85

These charges may apply in addition to standard rates. Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on product type and weight.

🌍 Delivery Areas

We deliver to all addresses across Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.

⏱️ Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed after 2 PM AEST may be processed the next business day

📍 Shipping Restrictions

  • Remote or regional areas may experience slightly longer delivery times
