Wella Colour Touch Developer is used with the Wella Colour Touch and relights ranges of semi-permanent colorants.

It's a thick and rich, creamy water based formula which has an impressive mixing ability and gives heavenly performance as it sticks to the hair giving you ultimate control.

It correspondingly layers hair giving you awesome even coverage whilst providing radiant looking colour. It provides you with safe colouring results and is Ammonia free.
