Matrix Universal Cream Developer is for use with Matrix SoColor and Matrix ColorSync. The Matrix Universal Cream Developer is available in 10, 20, 30 and 40 volume.
10 Vol is used with Matrix SoColor and Matrix ColorSync to lift up to 1 level on natural or coloured hair.
